RolesandResponsibilities:1.Sizetheavailabilityofmaterialsandproductioncapacitysoastodevelopanaggressivebutachievablescheduletomeetcustomer’srequirement;2.Developcapabilitiesbyacceptingandresolvinganyextraprojects;3.Driveproduction’sEOLprocedureinatimelyfashioninordertominimizematerialsexposure;4.MaintaintheaccuracyofBillofMaterialsinthesystem.GeneralRequirements:5.AssociatesDegree,orDiplomawithatleast3yrexperienceinproductionplanning,customerserviceorprojectmanagement;6.BefamiliarwithSAP/ERP/MRPsystemandgoodcommandofverbalandwrittenEnglish.7.Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationandanalyticalskills.Attentiontodetailandabilitytoworkwellwithteams;需求计划员1.同客户进行关于订单、预测和交付承诺等沟通。处理客户交货相关事宜。2.结合相关客户需求制定出货计划。3.将需求计划定期提交审批并更新到系统中。4.跟踪并安排每日的出货。5.关注并严格执行计划部相关指标，针对出现的异常及时提供并需求解决。6.完成领导分配的其它任务。能力(技能/知识要求)1.对SAP流程以及计划/采购等相关流程熟悉。2.精通Office应用软件，特别是Excel3.熟悉SAP系统环境。4.有良好的沟通协调能力。5.英语口语流利。
