Utilize analysis or testing results to verify the design and evaluate possible risk. 利用分析测试结果验证设计的可靠性，并评估可能的风险。
Co-operate with other engineering disciplines and cross-functional disciplines to resolve product issues.与跨部门团队协作解决产品研发中存在的问题。
Is responsible of own engineering and design schedules and quality according to company standards and project schedule依照公司标准和项目工期，对自己工作成果的进度和质量负责

任职要求：
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, vehicle engineering or engine related is preferred大学本科或以上，机械设计工程专业，车辆工程或发动机专业优先。
At least 2-3 years working experiences related to engine structure design.具有2-3年或以上的发动机行业，结构设计工作经验。
Familiar with diesel engine structure and components.熟悉柴油发动机产品结构和零部件。
Good communication skills in English良好的英文沟通能力。
Familiar with Office software, Pro/E(Creo) is a must.熟练使用Office办公软件，必须熟练使用Pro/E(Creo)软件。
Independent worker, Team-player, Self-motivator, good coordinator and strong ability of learning etc.能独立完成工作，有团队协作精神、自我激励和良好的沟通能力、很强的学习能力。
